Learning outcomes
The purpose of course is to present the terrorism phenomenon as a political, social, and economic phenomenon which decays states and societies. Besides, students have an extraordinary opportunity to gain knowledge upon national and international counter-terrorism capabilities and measures.
Student gets basic knowledge of the causes and consequences of terrorist activities with the projection to the national security system.

In order to accomplish the course successfully, the student is obligated to elaborate a case study based on GDT data. Such a study focuses on a country affected by terrorism in the last 15-20 years. Each student should be able to interpret his/her analyse in accord with historical, political, and economic development in country which analysed. Each student is obligated to present his/her study in public during the final workshop. The examination is oral.
