Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to deepen and broaden theoretical knowledge and acquaint the students with sciences dealing with problems of settlement spatial organization, ie. urbanism and urban planning. It includes information about contemporary functioning of urban planning including related legislatives. The course follows up with the course Urban Theory.
Student knows the Czech urban planning system is able to work with existing urban planning documents.

Assessment methods and criteria

Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment
The examination is granted upon completion of the following conditions: attendance at seminars, submission and adjustment of the seminar paper and passing the written test and oral exam.
