Course content
What it is project? The process of project management. Definition project goal, the process of preparation design project. Scheduling project. Structure of the activity project. Tools time scheduling. Estimate of time. Work with resources. Lead people at project. Monitoring progression work on project.

Learning outcomes
Study is specialized on introduce with methods project management. Main part is apply to particular phase in the process of definition and management alone of the process. Practical training in terms of study are specialized on introduce with some possibilities specialized software in this area and obtaining basic faciliti at work with MS Project.
The students will be aware of the contents of individual phases of project management, the main structure and key concepts in the project management area. They will be able to define the basic structure of tasks within the project and to use suitable software for project management.

Oral examination, Work-related product analysis, Creative work analysis

Requirements to assignment: work up engaged exercise on exercising and seminar with fruitfulness mine. 60%, create semestral work according to setting. Requirements to examination (inclusive forms examination): write, verbal State one's case of the semestral work. Resulting evaluation is given to ratio 40% exercising and seminars, 60% case for the defence final work and reaction to questions examiner.
