Course content
Systemic approach to management. Basics of economic cybernetics. Controlling and communication with focus on information systems of an enterprise. Models of real systems in hierarchical systems. Dynamic controlling systems and their temporal delimination (strategical and tactical level). Information and communication systems and technologies (ICT) management at strategical level, information strategy. Development, outsoarcing and system integration of ICT at all levels of management. Return of investments into system integration. Mobile platforms integration ( iOS, Android)

Learning outcomes
Aim of the subject is to explain systemic approach to management, basics of economic cybernetics, controlling and communication with focus on information systems.
Student will be able to create a model of a real system in hierarchical systems and describe ways of utilization of information services in a given environment.
Prerequisites
Students are expected to be able to use technical literature and to use Internet.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Home assignment evaluation, Work-related product analysis

The assignment is granted upon elaboration of given tasks, and elaboration and defence of the seminar project in given terms. Exam: oral (evaluation is based on both seminar project and oral examination). Detailed information will be provided during the first lecture.
