The definition of "Competitive Intelligence" (CI). Extracting secondary sources of information. Extracting primary sources of information. Information analysis and synthesis. Communication and presentation of information. Introduction of CI to the organisational environment. Use of CI in competition.

Assignment: elaboration of given tasks. Examination: written and oral. Detailed information will be provided during the first lecture.
