Course content
Knowledge-based society (a man and knowledge, the role of science in a knowledge society). Knowledge economy (features, characteristics, needs and conditions for further development). Chain: data - information - knowledge. Knowledge worker, history and its current position in the organization. Knowledge processes and knowledge-information infrastructure. Knowledge management and the prospects for its examination. Introduction to knowledge management. Methods, techniques and tools of knowledge management. Knowledge management systems and their life cycle. Futural orientations of knowledge management. Selected case studies. Presentations and discussions over seminar work.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Methods of individual activities
