Course content
What is a project. Project management process. Project objectives definition. Project proposal preparation process. Project planning. Project tasks structure. Time-planning tools. Time estimation. Working with the sources. Management of project workers. Monitoring of the project work process. Project management software (PC, mobile -iOS, Android)

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Methods of individual activities, Laboratory work

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce the basic issues of project management using standard software tools.
The students will be aware of the contents of individual phases of project management, the main structure and key concepts in the project management area. They will be able to define the basic structure of tasks within the project and to use suitable software for project management.
Prerequisites
Basic skills in MS Office utilization.
