Course content
Definition of processes, classification of processes. Methods, models and standards of process modeling. Process improvement. Models of quality for public administration. Process management, methods of introduction. Tools statistical, graphical. Statistical process control. Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, CAF, COBIT, ITIL. Modelling will be carried out in SW tool ARIS or in products as MS Visio, CraftCase.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge of methods and processes of modelling business processes and of the role of process modelling with building the company information system. Modelling will be carried out using the software tool.
The student will be able to define and model processes, he/she will be able to apply diagrams of process modelling and analyze business processes using a software tool.

The assignment is granted elaboration of given tasks; there are made public in the system STAG by way of "Studijní materiály" (Educational materials) at the beginning of semester. The assignment is granted elaboration of given tasks; there are made public in the course PPCR. The course is available in the system Moodle (information is available in the system STAG - Study material (studijní materiály)). The examination consists of two parts, written and oral. It examines theoretical knowledge of presented themes and the student ability of practical task elaboration.
