Course content
Basic communication processes, social interactions in special groups. Nonverbal communication and metacommunication. Interpersonal communication - characteristics, cultural influences and differences. Active regulation interventions in communication (listening, questioning, etc.). Social facilitation, conformity, influence. Group communication, variants of communication networks and their effectiveness on group communication. Leadership of people and forms of communication-task orientation, orientation on work with people. Leadership styles and forms of communication - task orientation, work orientation. Conducting an interview - goal, schedule, structure, factors of time and environment. Management of meetings, meetings, meetings. Communication of institutions with the public, assumptions and principles. Strengthening of selected skills, feedback, the most important knowledge. Strengthening of selected skills, feedback, the most important knowledge. Team cooperation, social relationship responsibility. Mental (mental) hygiene. Self-reflection, personality development.
