Course content
Basic communication processes, social interactions in special groups. Non-verbal communication and metacommunication. Interpersonal communication - characteristics, cultural influences and differences. Active regulating interventions in communication (listening, interviewing, etc.). Social facilitation, conformity, influence. Group communication, variants of communication networks and their efficiency on group communication. Leadership and forms of communication - task orientation, orientation to work with people. Leadership styles and forms of communication-task-oriented, work-oriented. Conducting an interview - goal, plan, structure, time and environment factors. Management of meetings, meetings, meetings. Institutional communication with the public, assumptions and principles. Reinforcement of selected skills, reflection, the most important knowledge. Reinforcement of selected skills, reflection, the most important knowledge. Teamwork, Social Relationship. Mental hygiene. Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquire skills to communicate, communicate, discuss and understand the communication process in a broader context and to learn and develop selected personality competences through active concentration in nature, through interaction with the environment to learn about one's own behavior and behavior in various and often stressful situations.
The student who has successfully completed the course know: describe the procedural aspects of social perception, including possible mistakes in it, and the process of communication with regard to its structure when it is used; define fundamental errors that occur in communication; define the nature of conflict and stress theories and define key triggers for these phenomena; to define fundamental foundations of mental hygiene and understand its importance in the context of needs, whether individual or collective. The student who has successfully completed the course can: distinguish key principles of teamwork with regard to the group's objective, dynamics and composition; to appropriately select communication methods with respect to the situation and to adhere to the primary principles of good communication; apply the principles of teamwork in different situations on the basis of cooperation training in various real and model situations, while defining internal limits for this kind of cooperation and defining its role in the group hierarchy and taking appropriate opinions accordingly; apply simple procedures to mitigate them with regard to the ability to properly perceive themselves as a participant in a conflict or stressful event; recognize different forms of communication; recognize the basic types of conflicts and stress situations; distinguish different psychohygienic principles. The student who has successfully completed the course is able to: teamwork; managed workload.

Credit will be awarded based on the completion of assigned tasks and activity in the classroom. Furthermore, on the basis of attendance according to the relevant decree of the faculty. Students will complete oral and partial practice tasks and present themselves as an authentic human being through experiential and training activities.
