Course content
Social perception and interaction. Communication (communication in difficult situations). Self-regulation through self-knowledge and self-evaluation. Stress - stress and its management. Teamwork training (roles, situation training, teambuilding). Using the experience for personal development. Consolidation of selected skills, retrospective reflection.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Stimulating activities (simulation, games, drama)
  • Practical training - 26 hours per semester
