Course content
Fundamentals of management and approaches to public administration management. Profile of a manager in public administration. The role of the politician and the civil servant. Public programmes and policies. Decision-making processes in public administration. Management in the state administration environment. Management in the local self - government environment. Managing people and teams in public organisations. Stakeholder engagement. Building a good culture in public administration organisations. E-Government.
