Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to gain practical experience in selected organizations using information technology.
A student who has successfully completed the course is able to: perform activities related to, for example, network administration, website creation and editing, operation and maintenance of information systems, data analysis and reporting, and information presentation. A student who has successfully completed the course is able to: acquire, analyze, and visualize processed data for further use. A student who has successfully completed the course is able to: use their professional knowledge, professional skills, and general competencies; comprehensibly summarize the opinions of other team members; comprehensibly and convincingly communicate information about the nature of professional problems and their own opinion on their solutions to experts and laypeople; apply their knowledge of the use of information technologies.

The student must complete at least 150 hours of work experience in the selected organization, with the content of the internship corresponding to his/her specialization of study. It is assumed that the internship will be completed outside of scheduled classes. To obtain credit, it is necessary to submit a Report on the progress of the professional internship and an Organization Evaluation, documenting the number of hours worked within the internship. Credit: is awarded based on completion of the internship and upon submission of the following documents: Report on the progress of the professional internship and Organizational Evaluation with documentation of the number of hours worked during the internship.
