Course content
The subject of psychology (science, history, terminology). Personality psychology, structure, integration, concept of determinant. Cognitive processes, emotions, motivation, psychological control of activity. Psychology of work and organisation. Basics of social psychology. Personality testing and psychological techniques for personal knowledge and development. Society as a determinant of personal and occupational. Other approaches to reflecting on social life. Social science research for economic and public policy practice.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic concepts and notions of psychology and social psychology in the context of other social disciplines that students can use in their future professional practice. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of the knowledge not only in professional but also in personal life.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Work-related product analysis

Assignment: will be awarded on the basis of the completion of assigned tasks and activity in teaching. Credit: will be awarded based on completion of assignments and activity in class. In addition, based on attendance according to the relevant faculty guidelines. Students will present individual topics to other colleagues and defend their understanding of the main thesis of their topic in a credit discussion with the instructor. Exam: will consist of oral or written verification of knowledge and skills.
