Course content

Customs. The EU and Czech Republic customs regulations. The European Community custom tariff. Customs area and status. Provenance of goods and customs control. Customs procedures. Violation of customs law. Police of Czech Republic - organization, functions. Rights and duties of the policemen. Misdemeanors. The fire brigade. Integrated rescue system. Army of Czech Republic.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with basic legal regulation of custom law, police law and in other security bodies in Czech Republic
Student will get the ability to understand the customs, know the rights of the Police of Czech Republic and have the orientation in other security bodies.

Prerequisites
|
Student should have basic knowledge of administrative law.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Discussion
Examination granting is conditioned by attendance at seminars at least in 75%. To pass the exam is necessary to pass the final written test.
