Learning outcomes
|
The course Teaching Practice and its Reflection provides student teachers of English with further opportunities to develop their professional competence. It also offers students of other humanities disciplines possibilities for broadening their professional skill set.
Students will develop and enhance their ability to plan, deliver, and reflect on a lesson. They will also deepen their knowledge of both general and subject-specific didactics.

Assessment methods and criteria

Each student arranges and organises their own teaching/tutoring/English club. They subsequently inform the course coordinator about the arrangement, the number of learners involved, and the expected number of hours. The minimum required teaching load is 22 hours per semester. Requirements for course credit: Confirmation of the number of hours taught Group discussion and reflection on the process of planning and delivering lessons during and at the end of the semester
