Learning outcomes
|
This course is aimed at the skills needed for efficient and fluent communication in socialising, business, and administrative affairs. Emphasis is especially given to the systematic development of specific vocabulary and relevant grammar structures regarding cultural differences. The key objective of this course is the mastery of business, legal, and academic terminology.
The course focuses on the development of communicative competence in the field of English for Specific Purposes (business, legal and academic English), of terminology knowledge and use (passive and active approach) and relevant grammar structures in appropriate functional styles and reflecting cultural differences, and of general business skills.
