Course content
Main principles and criteria for choosing place of practice setting. Introduction of contents and the course of practice. Information on formal requirements that are to be filled (contract about finished practice and further necessary documents). How to write a final practice report correctly (structure, contents). Basic principles of behaviour at chosen workplace. Personal profile analysis, employee qualification and motivation. Qualification for studying, practice and job, teaching methods and targets. Criteria for successfull passing practice.

Learning outcomes
The basis of the seminar is practical and self-reflective practice preparation, which will have to be accomplished in the second year of studies of German for Economy Practice. Seminar will deal with criteria for post selection, contents and course of it. Students will be acquainted with formal aspects such as, practice contract and other documents. They will be met with behaving standards in the working place. There will also be discussed structure and contents of the final report from training and explained criteria for successful practice.
Students will gain key competence for study, practice and employment, they will formulate teaching targets for successful accompliching practice, they will be able to analyse their own profile and professional qualification and samely their motivation.

Assessment methods and criteria
Home assignment evaluation

Informative e-mail to the practice coordinator. Language and contents accuracy of the final practice report. The final practice report in German must include: monitoring report about the company. Organisation structure of the company (larger companies - only one relevant department). Logbook (everyday activities - concrete plan). Self-evaluation of the practice (benefits, suggestions). Option of an internship abroad - forms in English in STAG.
