Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to present one of the most influential thought streams of the twentieth century, a stream that mainly influenced Continental philosophy; however, it has also spread to the USA and Japan.
Acquiring phenomenological methods enables us to understand not only the previous philosophical tradition, but also to understand the new tendencies in philosophy that were very often influenced by phenomenology. It is also possible, from a phenomenological point of view, to understand more fully important moments (in science and technology of the Modern times) of common development according to global criterion.
