Subject addresses on the development of student research competences, applying adequate methodological procedures and current scholarly theories. Will be specified by the seminar supervisor.

Learning outcomes
|
Doctoral seminar focuses on the development of students´ research abilities; in particular individual tuitions with seminar supervisor (thesis supervisor conducts minimally three seminars of five during PhD studies). The main goal is the formulation and preparation of doctoral thesis and also of partial results for publication, especially journal article.
Ability to elaborate theoretically challenging problems and to write scholarly articles.

Home assignment evaluation
Besides regular and active participation in seminars, students are also obliged to pass one scholarly text concerned with the topic of their doctoral thesis prepared for publication.
