Course content
1. History, principles and possibilities of creative writing in interdisciplinary context 2. Creative writing as a source of motivation feedback in the context of personal development 3. General methods and techniques of creative writing and their practical realization 4. Literary inspiration in creative writing, pattern form and genre defined writing 5. Parallel texts as a tool of intertextual and intermedial creative work 6. Narratology and specific narrative operations in narrative texts creation 7. Self-reflective writing through mental mapping, focalisation lists etc. 8. Transdisciplinary overlapping of creative writing methodology with current science

Learning outcomes
The course is targeted on the development of personal creativity and critical thinking in general aesthetic, mostly literary, eventually motivational context on the background of literary form texts production. The course participants will be introduced into current theories of creative process, they will be informed about selected literary strategies, there will be also some space for both group and individual feedback. Although the seminars are planned to be practical, within the open feedback reflecting running creative processes we will, apart from detailed insights into literary genres principles, deal with the broader knowledge of literary theory and creative psychology.
Graduates of the course will enrich their expressive skills, including genre-determined literary stylizations of their own texts, and gain an overview of the basic methods of developing creative and critical thinking. They will learn to use personal and group dynamics in the context of creative work with inspirational stimuli of various kinds. In individually ongoing text realizations, they will verify their knowledge of literary theory through personal experience.

The condition for obtaining credit is regular seminar attendance on the basis of agreed conditions and in combination with active performance of assigned tasks. At the end of the semester, students submit in electronic form a pre-determined number of texts of a recommended genre focus, the content of which will be individually conducted with each of them in a final credit interview.
