Course content
Basic communication situations and phrases: in a restaurant, in a shop,orientation in a city, at a doctor, an invitaction etc. At the same time students will practise grammatical knowledges they have mastered in the language course (especially future tense, conditional, modal verbs, dative and instrumental of nouns, adjectives and pronouns).

Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Stimulating activities (simulation, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
The goal of the course is to extend vocabulary and to strenghten grammatical knowledge students master in the language course.
Students will master basic communication situations considering various communicaton codes and language styles.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Student performance assessment

Final written test (the minimum passing score is 60 %) + oral exam. Regular attendance: min. 75 %.
