Learning outcomes
The subject presents the possibility to try an applied research together with the public sector. We will be cooperating with the municipality of Pardubice on the research of housing. The subject is focused on the deepening of the general fieldwork skills and at the same time develops skills typical for applied research - to react to the demands of the institution and to cooperate in the team on the common topic.

Prerequisites
The subject is open to all students, who want to get an experience with the research process.

Assessment methods and criteria
Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment, Work-related product analysis

The subject requires regular meeting and work on the research, its processing, presentations during discussions and handing in the outputs in the text form (work on the partial chapters but also on the cross-sectional report). Because the results have to really function in practice, it requires a responsible approach to work. Not the mark in the index, but the satisfied institution is the most important.
