Course content
Within this course, students will demonstrate their ability to write a bachelor's thesis under the professional supervision of their thesis supervisor, in accordance with the scope, form, and quality requirements set by the department. The intensity of consultations, fieldwork, topic, and method of processing are individual and fall within the competence of individual thesis supervisors.

  • Individual project - 300 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim is to enable students to complete and hand in their B.A. theses according to study plans.
The student demonstrates the ability to write a bachelor's thesis.

Submission of a bachelor's thesis meeting the requirements of the relevant guidelines of the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology, Faculty of Arts, University of Pardubice: Internal guidelines for the preparation of final theses and seminar papers binding for students of Social and Cultural Anthropology at KSKA FF UPCE - No. 2/2021. Available on the department's website: https://kska.upce.cz/dulezite-odkazy-pro-studium/ Credit is awarded for the submission of a bachelor's thesis prepared in accordance with the supervisor's instructions. Ongoing consultation between the student and the supervisor is required.
