The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the possibilities of processing images and sound into the final audio-visual format. To explain the creative process of editing from its basics to the independent mastery of the entire process, including dramaturgy and post-production possibilities. An audiovisual editing room for students to edit their own original projects is available in G 07 005. Consultations and work on projects here take place by arrangement with the instructor.
In the course, students will learn to work with editing programs and post-production image and sound technologies. In addition to the technical mastery of digital post-production of a simple audiovisual work, the course explores the theory of film composition, one of the most important means of creative expression.
