Course content
|
The course is related to previous practice. The student uses the experience and knowledge gained from previous study. The form is a two-week short-term attachment in a chosen institution (which does not have to be the same as in APIN2) in the turn of the fifth and sixth term. The student will cooperate with a mentor who is an employee of an institution and is chosen on the basis of an agreement between the student, university (The University of Pardubice) and the institution. The student writes about the experience in a "diary about the practice III" that he/she keeps. He/she is focused especially on organizational, functional and structural aspects. At the end of the practice the student writes a final report about the practice.

Learning outcomes
|
The objective of the course is to provide students with the basic knowledge of management, operation and structure of an institution and at the same time with practical working skills.
The student becomes familiar with the content and forms of work in a particular institution and gains knowledge of ways, forms, particularities as well as practical principles of the management of an institution.

Assessment methods and criteria

Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment
Consultations with the guarantor of the course. Writing a final report and a diary which are the basis for the credit. The student is supposed to hand them in after the end of a course to the guarantor of the course in KVV FF UPa.
