Interaction and communication ? the characteristics of the course. The possibilities of the use of communication skills when working with the clients. Simulative methods as the forms of social help. The analysis of social situations via dramatization. Social development of personality via effective communication. The forms and possibilities of effective communication and interaction in social context. Situations, conflict and dramatic performance. Adequate social reactions and attitudes. Verbal and non-verbal communication and minority groups.

The objective of the course is to introduce the students focusing on resocialization pedagogy to the possibilities of using communication skills and interaction in education. The attention will be drawn to the use of simulative methods of interaction as a possible form of psycho-hygiene when working with clients, to the use of effective forms of communication when working with clients and to the personal and social development of the students via the training of the interaction and via its reflection.
The students will enhance their knowledge in the field of Communication and Interaction with regard to the students´ specialization. |
