Course content
The current fields of the psychology of work and organization. Personal psychology; the system of personal management; the methods in personal psychology. Engineering psychology; systems and simulators; methods. Psychology of an organization and management; management processes, methods, and modeling. The psychology of transport; transport systems and their reliability; methods. The psychology of a market; factors of consumer behaviour; methods. Economic psychology; the methodical point of views of economic psychology. Work and its conditions; working output; training; burden. Motivation and attitudes to work, work satisfaction, career, work problems. Work and a group; culture of a company; loss of work.

Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to introduce to students the basic knowledge of the psychology of work and organization.
The students will gain the basic knowledge of various fields concerning practice in which it is possible to use the knowledge of this discipline when judging an individual, working groups, and working conditions.
