Course content
|
Mothers and their children serving their sentence of imprisonment. The particularities of the resocialization of the youth. The particularities of the prosecuting the youth ? real life experiences. Seniors serving their sentence of imprisonment. The process of resocialization and its methods. Alternative punishments. Legal regulations of the sentence of life imprisonment in the Czech Republic. Life imprisonment as an alternative to the death penalty. The cure of addiction. The forms of the treatment.

|
The objective of the course is to introduce the students to the particular problems of resocialization pedagogy.
The students will enhance their knowledge in the field of Resocialization Pedagogy II., with regard to the students´ specialization.

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral examination, Written examination
Before entering the course the students are required to have passed the course REPG I. Seminar paper, a discussion about a given topic, a written test and an oral examination.
