Course content
Origin and development support system for families in the Czech Republic and its current status. Vulnerable families and their characteristics. Child protection. Tools supporting families (institutions, legislation, financing). Multi-troubled families. Social exclusion and poverty of families in the Czech Republic. Education of foreigners (adults and children). The proces of integrating migrants into society.

Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide students with socio-educational support of vulnurable families in the Czech Republic. They are about to discuss key issues related to family and educational policy, family protection, current legislation and specific support tools. The course deals primarily with member, families of migrants and ethnic minorities. The system of sociel-educational support, intervention, care about vulnurable families. The support system of care about vulnurable families. The vulnerable families in the Czech Republic. The current issues of the care about vulnerable families in the Czech Republic. The social exclusion of families in the Czech Republic. The social an legal protection of children in the Czech Republic.
Students will acquire basic knowledge about the functioning, development and perspectives of care for vulnurable families in the country.
