Pedagogical institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad. The formation of the system of educational institutions and its development from the 19th century. Organizational models of educational institutions nowadays. Reforms and innovations of educational work. Legislation and management of educational institutions from the perspective of public administration and local government. The organization and the ways of financing educational institutions. The models of managerial work. The professionalization of teachers. The perspectives of educational institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Learning outcomes
|
The objective of the course is to introduce the students to the problems of the management of educational institutions.
The students will enhance their knowledge in the field of Management of Educational Institutions with regard to the students´ specialization.

Before entering the course the students are required to have passed the course ANDR. Active participation during the lectures.
