Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to obtain basic information about special archive programs for archival processing, application of Basic Rules for archival processing in digital form, application of basic principles of archival work in the environment of digital archiving, access to archives through the archive portal. The course is also focused on acquiring knowledge about the functioning of modern archive buildings and specialized archive workplaces.

Prerequisite is mastering the subject Basics of archiving focused mainly on the analog form of archiving.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Home assignment evaluation
Mastering the subject Basics of Archival Science. Active participation in classes. For credit, a personal presentation of a seminar paper on the topic of comparison of different types of finding aids in terms of method and content. Viva. It is not appropriate to use the principles of artificial intelligence to compare different types of finding aids.
