Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the file service primarily as an information system and the possibility of using modern information technologies in the file service and subsequently in archiving. Attention will be paid to the issue of electronic shredding proceedings, the basics of cyber security and the strategy of long-term storage of electronic documents in the National Digital Archive.
Ability to apply modern information technologies in the current file and archive service.

Assessment methods and criteria

Home assignment evaluation
Active participation in teaching. In the theoretical part of mastering the test to 70%, in the practical part a paper on a current topic in the field of IT in the file service and archiving.
