Can a technician perform public administration? 7. Nautilus - Fear Below the Surface 8. On the Net and in the Net 9. James Bond - Pop Culture Conflict Between the Old World and Technology 10. Representation of Progress or Visualization of Fears of Loss of Control - Computer Games 11. Is AI Lecturing Today? 12. Final Discussion

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming)
