Course content
Introduction: Gender, Gender History, Masculinity and Femininity. Masculinity and Femininity in the Past. The other Identity; queer Studies. Formulation of Gender in special Literature. Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is present to students the evolution, the importance and the contents of the gender as a category of the historical analysis.
Students will be able to understand the category gender as a useful Category of Historical Analysis. The category of gender refers not to the biological, but to the social aspects of sex.
