Learning outcomes
Lessons are to improve current foreign language study of secondary schools graduates (ability to read and study foreign professional literature, listen to lectures presented in a foreign language) and broaden communicative competence. Subject objective consists in making students be well versed in their field of study being abroad, work with foreign literature and take an active part in staying abroad.
Students to master English language to the extent to be able to communicate in an international context.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Student performance assessment

Students are awarded credits on the basis of completion of the assignments for the entire semester and shall be subject to participation in the education process and lessons either in the classroom or online. At the end of the semester, students take a written test and give a presentation on their restoration project as if they were presenting it at a conference. The presentation is accompanied by the submission of an abstract of the presentation.
