The aim of the course is to gain knowledge about organization of work in individual types of health care institutions and to apply gained knowledge and skills to clinical practice settings.
The student masters nursing procedures and actions according to standards. The student seeks out and meets the needs of clients based on an active and individualized nursing care implemented according to the nursing process, participates in interdisciplinary team collaboration, respects and abides by valid laws and regulations. |
