Inflammatory lung diseases, tuberculosis, and pulmonary mycobacteriosis. Aetiology, clinical presentation, diagnostics, treatment options, diet therapy, complications, and prevention. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Respiratory insufficiency. Aetiology, clinical presentation, diagnostics, treatment options, complications, and prevention. Bronchial asthma. Aetiology, clinical presentation, diagnostics, treatment options, complications, and prevention. Non-organ specific and organ-specific autoimmune autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases. Aetiology, clinical presentation, diagnostics, treatment options, complications, and prevention. Rheumatic inflammatory diseases (rheumatoid arthritis and others) and degenerative diseases (arthrosis). Classification. Aetiology, clinical presentation, diagnostics, treatment options, complications, and prevention. Diseases of the oesophagus and stomach. Classification. Aetiology, clinical presentation, diagnostics, treatment options, complications, and prevention. Diseases of the colon and small intestine. Classification. Specialized nursing care of patients with diseases of the respiratory tract: nursing physical assessment, assessment of the patient's needs, and determination of nursing issues. Nursing intervention plans, education concerning the regimen, and implementation options; consulting activities. Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the specifics of treatment and nursing care of patients with selected internal diseases of the respiratory and digestive tracts, allergies, immunodeficiency states, and rheumatological diseases.
Students know the diagnostics, treatment, and principles of nursing care of patients with selected internal diseases, and are able to plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing process with regard to their specifics. They are ready for educational and consulting activities in this area.

Completion of at least 80% compulsory attendance at the lectures. Completion of compulsory 85% attendance at the practicum sessions, and seminars. Ccompletion of a written assignment. Completion of an oral examination
