Course content
The nursing process. The nursing process in the care of an ethnic group of another nationality and culture. The patient's physical examination. A procedure's standard, including an audit. The charge nurse's job description. The head nurse's job description. An educational program. The nursing process. Using the NANDA domains in the diagnostic phase of the nursing process. The patient's physical examination under the physician's leadership. Development of standards, including audits and audit criteria. Audit preparation, auditing. The charge nurse's job description and work organization. The head nurse's job description and work organization. The nursing process in the care of an ethnic group of another nationality and culture. Patient education. Development of educational programs. Basal stimulation: concept application. Collecting clinical data for a thesis.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to gain an understanding of nursing care organization and management in a specific institution of primary, secondary, and tertiary care and to enable data collection in clinical settings.
The student uses an analysis, evaluation, and synthesis to solve problem situations in nursing, participates in improving quality of nursing care, masters basic techniques of the patient's physical examination, independently prepares and implements client education, and is able to plan the nursing process while respecting cultural differences of other nationalities.

It is compulsory to complete 100% attendance in the internship. It is compulsory to complete the determined procedures and nursing processes. Completing assigned written work. Successful completion of a practical examination.
