Course content
|
4th declination. 5th declination, overview of declension in all declinations. Degrees of comparison of adjectives. Degrees of comparison of adjectives: irregular forms. Collected information about Latin verbs. Latin cardinal and ordinal numerals. Derivation using prefixes and suffixes, combinations. Diagnoses in Latin.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the fundamentals of professional Latin, Greek-Latin, and Greek terminology. It increases confidence while studying professional subjects and assists students to understand professional health care discourse in the Latin language.
Students are well versed in the professional terminology, and through its assistance are able to understand and interpret diagnostic data. They are able to use the terminology in a creative way during work procedures.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Didactic test
Completion of compulsory 80% attendance at the practicum sessions, demonstration of basic knowledge by writing three announced tests. Successful completion of an oral examination.
