Course content
|
Introduction to the Criminal Code, the criminal responsibility basics, the scope of criminal law. Criminal sanctions and protective measures. Youth criminal liability for illegal acts. Aggrieved and his right, the victim of a crime. Selected chapters of criminal procedure and the basics of Juvenile Justice. Criminal responsibility of medical staff in practice. Criminal offences against life and health, against freedom and rights relating to personal protection, privacy and privacy of correspondence. Criminal offences against human dignity in sexual matters, criminal offenses against family and children. Criminal offences against property, economic. Generally dangerous criminal offences, against the environment. Criminal offences against public order .

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students comprehensively with basic problems in sector of criminal law to the extent that he/ she can applies the knowledge gained in the practice of health and social worker.
The student will learn the issue within the scope of the syllabus of lectures and exercises and his/ her knowledge applies to practical activities of health and social worker.
