Course content
Institutions in the environmental protection in the Czech Republic I Institutions in the environmental protection in the Czech Republic II Rights and obligations of state administration in the field of environment in general. Administrative law. Territorial self-goverment units. Officials of territorial self-goverment units. State administration in air protection State administration in waste management. State administration in water management. State administration of nature, forest and agricultural land resources management. State administration in IPPC. Responsibility in environmental protection. Service Act.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to support the knowledge gained in the subject Environmental protection - legislation and state administration I and to integrate complex issues with concrete cases from practice
After the completed course, the student is oriented in environmental legislation. Knowledge is based on the theoretical basis applied to practical examples.
Prerequisites
General overview of environmental issues. Successful completion of the course C257 (Environmental Protection - Legislation and State Administration I)
