Course content
Virtal firms and virtual work, teleworking and its forms, effective communication, management of the virtual workers, safety communication aspects and documents secure exchange, workers authentzation.

Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to apply data security and information protection methods in praxis of the specific economic subjects, he/she will be able to chose suitable methods of information protection within the chosen subject. Student will be able use within her/his doctoral thesis acquired knowledge.
Student obtain overwiev of the managerial abilities and needs for mange virtual organizations.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination

Student is led to independent work, where knowledge gained by studying implanted in his doctoral dissertation. Student self-seeking problems solvable by methods contained in the subject, presents the partial and final solutions, the lessons learned in the professional discussion advocates and implements them into their final work.
