Course content
|
Approaches to the management and organizational behavior, the role of management, the objectives of managers and organizations. Typology of strategies and models the behavior of organizations. Managerial behavior and effectiveness. Factors affecting the organizational system of the enterprise. The specifics of each type of organizational structures. Management of individuals and management groups. Improving organizational performance. Organizational development and impact of cultural differences. Managing managerial and organizational effectiveness. Theoretical aspects of technology and innovation. Selected problems of the subject under focus doctoral thesis.
