Course content
Management and social changes. Development of managerial thinking and behaviour. Knowledge corporation and its functioning principals. Financial management focused on appraisal of financial sources of corporation sector and possibilities of its utilization for corporation financial management. Arrangement and realization processes of entrepreneurial projects. Technical-economic study of entrepreneurial projects. Financial analysis and evaluation of economic efficiency of entrepreneurial projects. Application of risk in investment decision. Diversification of investments and portfolio risk. Model of capital assets pricing. Respect of non-monetary impacts in project assessment. Flexibility of capital projects. Real and financial options - conception, types and value determination. The area of real option utilization. Entrepreneurial ethics focused on economic decision, solving of macroeconomic and microeconomic relations, and market and managerial ethics. Chosen problems of the facultative subjects depending on orientation of the dissertation.

Learning outcomes
To deepen theoretical knowledge of student in chosen articles in company's management focused on social changes management and Knowledge Company, theoretical basic of arrangement and implementation of entrepreneurial projects, evaluating their effectiveness, risks and flexibility, main principles of entrepreneurial ethics in the market decision making of managers.
After passing this subject the students will gain the ability to analyse theoretical basic of knowledge company and principles of its behaviour. Analyse and model costs and benefits of entrepreneurial projects, including risk factors which impact on their effectiveness and use project's flexibility for increasing their effectiveness possible usage of real option.
Prerequisites
The knowledge of topic management, company economics and university mathematics on the level graduates in the master studies.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination

The student must prove at the exam the knowledge of taught topics, which he can use within suitable processes and methods for verifying set hypothesis of solving in future dissertation.
