Course content
The aim of the subject is to introduce the most recent trends in knowledge managenent. Current theoretical and empirical studies will be discussed, as well as case studies showing the implementation of knowledge management methods and approaches to organizations. The focus will be given to the principles and approaches typical to state-of-the-art knowledge management. For example, this is true for the critical determinants of successful knowledge management implementation, its evaluation and the impact of knowledge management on organizational performance. The choice of the studies and other references will be oriented towards the topics of dissertation theses. Thus, the subject should contribute to the development of aspects related to the realization of dissertations.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint doctoral students with the latest trends in the field of knowledge management.
Students will gain knowledge on current approaches to knowledge management. They will also be able to design systems for knowledge management support.

Oral examination, Home assignment evaluation, Self project defence

Students will work on a project in the scope of scientific journal paper. The topic of the paper will be related to the dissertation thesis.
