Course content
Development of eGovernment in the Czech Republic and the EU. Inclusive eGovernment. Strategic frameworks of the Czech Republic and related technological solutions. Digital and analogue documents for the performance of public administration processes. Archiving of digital documents, approaches and risks of proving their authenticity. SMART concept of smart cities and regions within the current development of digitization. Trends in the development of the application of digitization for increasing the transparency and competitiveness of municipalities and regions.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to gain theoretical knowledge, methods and principles of digitalization of public administration, especially in terms of public services improvement.
The student is led to independent work in the preparation of a project from the material being discussed. As part of the project solution, the student independently searches for problems that can be solved using the methods contained in the subject, presents a partial solution of his project.

The form of the exam represents the presentation of the final solution of an independent project by the student, where the student defends the outputs and the knowledge gained in a professional discussion.
