Course content
Introduction - The right job for you. Mathematics, Physics - basic terminology. Rail transport. Road transport. Aviation. Public transport. Travel agency, travel formalities. Transport infrastructure. Cargo transport, Incoterms. Intermodal transport. Company presentation.

Learning outcomes
Students understand and use the expressions required for everyday communication in the target language. They are able to cover the basic professionally oriented situations. Target level A2.
Upon a successful completion of the course, students are able to use the target language in everyday communiacation and in professionally oriented situations. They are able to work with specialized literature.
Prerequisites
Communicative competence: CEFR A1.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination

Written test - specific vocabulary. Written assignment - text analysis, glossary of related terminology.
