Předmět poskytuje další prostor pro rozšíření jazykových znalostí a dovedností získaných v průběhu předchozího studia. Důraz je kladen na rozvíjení schopností aplikace osvojovaných jazykových prostředků a řečových dovedností na potřeby efektivní komunikace v odborné praxi po ukončení studia. Součástí kurzu je práce s odbornými texty a studium materiálů z oblasti informatiky a ekonomiky. Cílová úroveň je B2 v rámci CEFR.
