Course content
Pronunciation and spelling. Present tense. Compound future tense. Past tense. Basic declension of nouns (gender of nouns, accusative case, plural). Questions.

Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Skills training
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to gain a basic understanding of the Czech language. The student will learn simple phrases, be able to describe himself and his everyday life. He/she understands basic phrases and can answer simple questions. Exit level A1.
Ability to make sentences, using Czech language in daily situations.

Oral examination, Written examination, Discussion

Attending 70% of the sessions Completion of all prescribed assignments Exam/ Credit is based on the summary of materials/topics covered in the sessions.
